Our LS Series system is perfect for smaller vans with just a few extra passengers and are mountable in a variety of locations depending in the vehicle. These systems produce up to 20,000-BTU of cooling & Heating and are available as an A/C and Heat system which includes the Digital automatic temp controller or as an A/C only system which includes a fan speed only controller. Both systems are available with the full length modular ducting system.
For the larger passenger vans being used for Limo or high occupancy applications we recommend our larger KM Series system. These systems crank out over 45,000-BTU of cooling and heating and move a large volume of air. They are available as an A/C and Heat system which includes the Digital automatic temp controller or as an A/C only system which includes a fan speed only controller with optional temp control. Both systems are available with the full length modular ducting system.

Our KM series van air conditioning and heating system is our larger system. Capable of producing 45,500 BTU or 3.8 Tons of cooling and heating, this system is only available as an independent system. The evaporator/heater unit is equipped with 2 long life, blower motor’s with high volume, twin fan wheels. The system includes a heavy duty long life A/C compressor with your choice of A/C condenser locations – under body or roof mount.
This system is designed for medium to large passenger van’s or multi-personnel work vehicles. The KM series van air conditioning systems are available with AC and Heat or as an AC only system. A 6 eyeball air register or the full length modular ducting system is available for both systems. The systems recommendations is the automatic temp controller but a manual temp is available. Ceiling and wall insulation or a thermo barrier is recommended for optimal performance.
Note: Due to the fact we remove all the interior to install the HVAC kit we require all items to be removed from the van prior to us receiving the van. Because we have nowhere to store them, and we will not be responsible for scratching the floor up, we also require the rear seats removed. Vehicles that show up with the rear seat in will be subject to additional charges.
